This Privacy Policy describes how applications, software, websites, and related services developed or published by Nello Castellano (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handle information when you use them.
This policy applies generally to mobile applications, desktop applications, web applications, utilities, games, and other software products developed or published by us (collectively, the “Applications”).
Some Applications may provide additional privacy information where their functionality requires it. In such cases, the application-specific information should be read together with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We follow a data-minimization approach and aim to collect or process only the information necessary for an Application to function.

We do not intentionally use content submitted through our Applications to train artificial intelligence models unless this is explicitly disclosed for the relevant Application or feature.

We do not intentionally use analytics technologies to create advertising profiles of users unless explicitly disclosed.

Unless explicitly stated for a particular Application, our Applications do not use Personal Information for behavioral advertising or cross-application tracking.
If an Application contains advertising or uses technologies that require tracking consent under applicable law or platform rules, additional information and consent mechanisms will be provided where required.

We do not sell Personal Information.
We do not intentionally collect Personal Information unless it is necessary to provide functionality requested by the user, comply with legal requirements, operate a service, or address security and abuse.
Where Personal Information is processed, we seek to limit its collection and retention to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Data Retention
Information stored locally by an Application generally remains on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user, removed by the Application, or deleted when the Application is uninstalled, depending on the operating system and Application.
Where information is processed or stored by us, it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.
Information processed by third-party services may be subject to the retention policies of those providers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent Personal Information.
Information may be disclosed or transmitted only where reasonably necessary, including:
- to provide functionality requested by the user;
- to communicate with a third-party service selected or required for a feature;

Revoking a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from functioning correctly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Applications and the information being processed.
However, no software, network, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices, credentials, API keys, passwords, and accounts used with third-party services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Applications are not intended to collect Personal Information from children unless the particular Application is specifically designed for children and appropriate privacy protections are provided.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the minimum age established by applicable privacy laws without appropriate authorization.

International Data Processing
Third-party services used by an Application may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside.

The current version will be published on this website together with its latest revision date.
